Tuinbonen met sumak
Dit heb je nodig
• 500 gram erwten
• 1 eetlepel olijfolie
• 100 gram rode ui, heel dun gesneden
• 1 teen knoflook
• 30 gram peterselie, alleen de blaadjes
• 1/2 – 1 theelepel sumak
• Snufje Maldon zout
• 1 eetlepel tahin
• 2 eetlepels citroen
• Handje wit en zwart sesamzaad

Aan de slag
Je kan de tuinbonen kort blancheren maar dubbel gedopte tuinbonen kan je ook zo eten.
